Though rice was a good hypoallergenic choice, the findings of high level of arsenic definitely changed the way I manage the baby's dietary options.

The FDA findings showed that:
- High arsenic level is found in both organic and non organic rice / rice products
- The highest level seems to be found in brown rice
I am going to ensure that he eats a wide variety of grains, and reduce the amount of rice / rice product he consumes.
