Eating Rice Products Exposes Infants to Arsenic

Eating Rice Products Exposes Infants to Arsenic

Though rice was a good hypoallergenic choice, the findings of high level of arsenic definitely changed the way I manage the baby's dietary options.

The FDA findings showed that:

  1. High arsenic level is found in both organic and non organic rice / rice products
  2. The highest level seems to be found in brown rice
I am going to ensure that he eats a wide variety of grains, and reduce the amount of rice / rice product he consumes.
